Vendor booths at Festival of Trees should provide some sort of tangible product. We do not allow for informational booths at this event.
Booths inside the Barn can accommodate a 6ft table. If you do not have your own table, please get in touch with us. Vendors are responsible for providing any additional equipment and chairs.
Booths must be staffed at all times during the event.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required under local or state law applicable to their activity at The Festival of Trees event. Vendors are also responsible for all taxes. Please provide a certificate of insurance listing the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce (12424 Big Timber Dr, Conifer) as additionally insured and mail this certificate to director@goconifer.com.
Power will NOT be provided. If you need power, please provide it and state the source of your power in the "Special Instructions" section provided below.
Should any contingency prevent holding the Festival of Trees event, the Conifer Chamber shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the Vendor other than the rental cost of booth space. If the Vendor must cancel its space for good and sufficient reasons, and written notice of such cancellation is delivered to Conifer Chamber by November 14th. The vendor shall receive a refund of any booth fees paid. If cancellation occurs after November 14th, all booth fees are non-refundable.
Once your application and payment have been submitted the vendor committee will review your application. The Vendor committee will select the applicants to ensure a mix of product types and price ranges. The Conifer Chamber reserves the right to make the final decisions on vendors selected and booth location assignments.
